solution 1: Check USB connector, PC port, at last replace USB connector.
solution 2: If connection is OK, then backup or read phone's firmware. Extract and find build.prop form system.img from backup firmware and see ro.build.version and search at GOOGLE or tell us here.
solution 3: For searching for firmware, you can search by BoardID on circuit.
NOTE : If connection is OK but you cannot read/backup firmware, check hardware error, may be eMMC damaged.
Connection is ok,at least in that way,as it charges from pc when connected but nothing more

That your phone charges doesn't mean it can transmit data via the USB cord, both processes use different pins.
This is why a cord might charge your phone but your PC won't be able to detect the device's storage or even flash the device

Ok I give up on this one,tried other pc and even other OS no results,meanwhile i already got new phone so no more needed this brick,anyway thanks for trying to help guys!

Should anyone try to fix the phone, ask that they start by changing the USB port
