How to retrieve a lost, stolen or damaged MTN SIM card (welcome back)

You can no longer recover your lost, stolen or damaged MTN line online as this service has been discontinued. SIM swaps are currently only done offline.
How to do a Welcome Back / SIM swap on MTN
Visit an MTN office or service center and request for a Welcome Back on your line. The following will be required:
* A valid Government issued I.D card (International passport, Drivers license or Voters card)
* The SIM pack of the previous line (containing the PUK number)
* ₦150 for the new SIM card you'll be getting
* 6 numbers you had been calling frequently on the line
