My Infinix Hot X507 Will Not Boot Up

I did hard rest and enter into the Factory Mode but I cannot see the option to do factory reset.
verify which mode you booted the device into OR better still list what options you see on the screen
recovery mode: vol up + power button > clear data / factory reset
factory mode: vol down + power button > clear eMMC

The volume up + power button does not work, so I can't get to the Factory Reset.
I have done the clear eMMC waiting for the response but it seems. It first display [Formating data] and then display Infinix logo. but I don't see if anything is happening, the logo is just standing still.

I´m a newbie, please can you tell me the step by step order (after i download the stock rom) to follow to flash the device.
