Tecno y2 gives warning that it would shutdown in less than 10 seconds, and it would just switch off even if the battery is up to 80%,.
The phone also freezes when using an application or when operating it, it usually says a certain app has stopped working.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT ON WHAT TO DO.

What's the phone build no?
Have you tried restore factory in Settings>Backup & Restore ?

That build isn't yet available at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19513.html .
You need to backup before considering flahing a different build number.
Is the phone rooted?

if its a full backup [i.e includes all partitions], then good
