to achieve this, 
you must use the method at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-22701.html to get full length address
scroll to the end of the guide that says "Loaded PGPT file seems empty, what do i do?" -- the title is not important
in scatter tab, use the finish address of SYSTEM in place of the full length address [userdata and cache are usually below system partition, so just read upto system]

please i was able to do all those step but i encounter error while doing the full rom dump(error is attached in the image below)...but the readbabad ck did create a file with 4gb+ size and i try importing it to wwr tool it was loaded...can i extract the boot.img in the file to continue my rooting process?..

Retry the process and make sure you backed up the full firmware, things might go south and you will need the firmware to revive the phone.

You can extract boot.img from a 4gb dump but like @innagee mentioned it's best you dump full firmware or at least read back UpTo system (skipping userdata and cache) just in case the phone gets bricked

I have try doing the full read back again and again..it always stops at 3.99gb....(I also experience same issue on my previous techno la6..now on la7)....I extracted the boot.IMG(24mb size) from the uncompleted full read back file....I went on to pacth with magisk...and the patched IMG compressed to 8mb.....please can I flash it...?

answer is still yes, but still ensure you have a properly backup before doing so
if you are unsure how to go about skipping userdata and cache when dumping using wwr method, then create a new thread so we'll focus on it

Wow!!...finally..I am rooted (tecno la7)...I went on with the extracted .IMG anyway...and it was successful.. No issues at all..and very fast!...thanks a lot...
But how do I do a full backup of my ROM now that m rooted

i dint the full rom back up procedure but failed  on the final step of processing the rom using wwr tool it says user not defined assist plz
