(18-09-2022, 09:55 PM)MBJ I have a Mediatek 6771v powered tablet that uses UFS storage. My region options in SPFTÂ are UFS_LU0, UFS_LU1, UFS_LU2 so I'm getting confused trying to follow the guides that do not include UFS storage. Does having UFS change anything as far as partition dumping goes?
I'm only wanting to dump the boot.img at this time until I understand more and then I'll do a full ROM dump Incase I ever need it.
It doesn't support UFS. Try MTK Client instead

I figured out mtkclient after I posted. Got my boot and rooted, although things seem a bit weird...root checker showed root initially but now it's showing not properly rooted and my file explorer can't seem to access the system files. So odd. But I guess that's a different subject all together. Thanks for the reply!

I managed to get it rooted, but SPtool keeps giving me the same error: ERROR : STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL (0XC0060003)
And nothing for hint...
Any help appreciated.

(19-06-2023, 01:33 PM)Pope5ive Nice Vid. Every other step goes fine until the Ram Test. The option of Ram test is not available to me, only DRAM test. But when i load the scatter of another phone, the option comes back. The Dram test takes a lot of hours to go through (about 10%) in 1 hour
