install 7zip and use it to extract the contents of the .7z file

A friend of mine is having WiFi Hotspot issues on his Infinix Hot 5, it doesn't show the number of users connected to his WiFi Hotspot. I asked him to upgrade his phone via OTA but it showed that he is already using the latest version. I came here to look for the firmware to flash on his phone but I can't find the build version here, any clue or idea on what to do next?

Also, how can one flash in Nvram using SP Flash tool just as the guy up there asked about? I am also having IMEI (Invalid Sim Card) issue on my own Gionee F103.. Thanks

Unmodified? Yes!, see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-14106.html for how to flash with miracle box.
But you can make it work on SP flash tool with modification. See https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-24287.html
