Back date your PC date to 2005 then try again.
Did it and the error changed to ''cannot connected box,please check cable box
Loader version which I downloaded from the link given here, when I click the loader, it brings forth a logo shaped like a skull and disappears, nothing else happens after that

Windows 10
Disable your antivirus protection.
Extract and try running it again as administrator
Also get a pc running Windows 7 and try again.
