hello plz i need help resolving this, my tecno w3 apps are not responding to data connection but when am connected to wifi network it works perfectly.

Have you tried restoring it to factory settings or flashing stock ROM?
yes i was also have screen overlay detection problem, but when i flash it i stop seeing that
