Hi guys, for those who have a problem identifying which exact ROM to download, you can find your phone's exact build number by going to "factory mode" (press volume down + power button when phone is off), then choose "version" from the menu that follows. You'll see detailed version info for your specific Infinix Hot 4 Lite. This is only possible if you haven't bricked your phone.
