Hello after much work an update came up requesting for upgrade which requires unrooting my device before the upgrade which I did but the issue I later observe is that the Dirac stopped working. So my sound wasn't loud again. What can the problem be and possible solutions

it might be a bug from the update, try doing a factory reset and see if it still persists

Hello sir I have a friends phone of x557 hot 4 litr whose Dirac is working but on version 6.0 and not update but I did the backup using miracle box.

Can this be helpful

Wouldn't advise you flash a Hot 4 Lite backup to your Hot 4

This is the official Nougat Build.
I don't know if the Dirac issue is a bug in this build.
backup your current Nougat rom using Miracle Box then downgrade to Marshmallow.
see if the issue persists

I have done that but the Dirac worked perfectly when I downgrade.
