it seems its a bug from the update.
you can either remain on marshmallow till the infinix team releases a new update (that should fix most of the bugs in the current update)
OR return back to nougat and manage the known issue[s] pending when a new update will be released

I got Dirac working on my Infinix Hot 4 on Nougat build X557-H807AD-N-170626V86.
There is a misconfiguration made by Infinix in the build.prop file.
Unfortunally u need either to have a Custom Recovery like TWRP or u need to root ur Infinix to make the Change to the build.prop file.
The error is here in the build.prop at line 248
ro.infinix_dirac_support=1
persist.dirac.acs.controller=afm
persist.dirac.afm.mode=local <----- Change local to global and Save and Reboot and Dirac will work on Nougat.
persist.dirac.poolsize=2
persist.dirac.acs.usecase_order=powersound
persist.dirac.acs.storeSettings=1
