Need a TWRP recovery for Lenovo A1000 sc8830 Spreadtrum.
I need a Customer recovery for my device.

I am trying to flash many files but all files stuck on logo boot screen.

A custom recovery wont -by itself- unbrick your phone.
You'll need a compatible pac file

yes you need to first unbrick the device by flashing the firmware before attempting to root.
