That is a hard brick. I need to assess the level.
How did it occur and how does the phone respond when you connect it to a PC (with battery inside)
You might need to flash the firmware using QPST (QFIL)

I dont know hw it started. Its for my friend. When u connect it to pc, it shows qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008. Thats it.

I cant find the required. Xml files qpst needs.. there is only one xml file inside the Rom zip.
