you didnt state a particular j700 model.

search for and download combination file firmware and normal stock rom for your particular model,
flash the combination file first using the ODIN guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-519.html
boot the phone normally
perform a factory reset in settings
then reflash normal stock rom using ODIN
