Here's what you'll do
After flashing SuperSu, Run root checker again to verify root
While root checker is trying to verify root, Run the SuperSu app on your phone and select New user. See if you get a prompt asking you to grant root checker root access

This is what TWRP does

Now I used philz and I installed SU with adb sideload and it worked... Thanks allot
