Until i ticked both of them n flashed it ,it did but unable to boot to recovery,this step i took ws after i have flashed both and it didnt boot to recovery

Pls am trying to root Tecno L9Plus but after flashing the philz recovery. and entering the recovey when ever i enter install from storage/sd-data it keep saying can't mount

You're to flash the supersu from external SD card, not phone storage
