Follow the below steps to remove windows forgotten password with konboot

Download KonBoot v2.4 here
- Create New Folder and Extract the Downloaded File inside, use Winrar

- Open kon-bootUSB folder/directory.

- Insert USB Flash Drive
- Run usb_install2_NEEDADMIN as Administrator

- A Warning pop-up will appear telling you to detach any USB Storage Device, because the program will not allow you to choose a particular storage device you want to use. So, detach all USB and leave the want you want to use. Press OK.

- Wait for the Process to complete.

- After the Process is Complete. Power-On the system you want to remove password with the USB Flash Attached to it, and press F9 or F12 when the Splash logo appears to display the One Time Boot Menu.
Using arrow keys, select USB Storage Device and press Enter

- Press Enter on the Log In screen without typing any password, when the PC is ON.

- Press Window Button and Click on Search

- Type the command lursmgr.msc in the Search Box or Run the Command with Window key + R
- Right-Click and Run as Administrator

- Double Click to Open Users

- Right-Click on the User Account you want to Remove/Change the Password, Click on Set Password

- Click on Proceed on the Pop-up

- Type the Password and Press OK

- Your New Password is Saved. Click OK
