I was trying to flash my itel A11 using SPD flashtool. I have the SCI usb drivers installed and my phone is been detected. But when click on start downloading and press the volume down button while inserting usb cable to the phone, i get the message that please install download driver first!!!. What should i do please?

download the first driver on the list (SCI Android USB drivers), you can install using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-827.html
