I was trying to flash my itel A11 using SPD flashtool. I have the SCI usb drivers installed and my phone is been detected. But when click on start downloading and press the volume down button while inserting usb cable to the phone, i get the message that please install download driver first!!!. What should i do please?

install the 2015 driver from the link @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16832.html , this should fix the problem
