you're to flash using Sp flash tool along with the custom DA for your device model or SWD aftersales tool (you can use the search bar to search for both tools) and if you still have problems then create a new thread for your device issue by clicking "Ask Question" at the top

Hey thanks for replying, I was successfully able to revive phone using SP FLASH TOOLS for formatting whole flash and TECHO TOOLS flash stock rom.
But I'm unable to get cellular network, I've updated IMEI (but can't find way to update serial number, if thats the problem) It is showing carrier name. Please help ASAP
I'VE USE STOCK ROM PROVIDE BY HOVATEK X650C
