If i get you straight, you dont have the stock ROM for your M3 right? all you have is the Keslar ROM?

Take a look at the app drawer of your phone then compare it to the pictures at http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html . Is your phone type old or new Tecno M3?
If its Old Tecno M3 then:
1. Make a Clockworkmod backup of your phone using this guide @ http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-472.html
2. Make an MTK backup of the phone using this guide at http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-468.html
3. Keep both backup folders in a safe location because they're your fall back in case something goes wrong
4. Request for Tecno M3 Old CWM backup by commenting at http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html
5. Boot into recovery mode > Backup and restore > Restore > Select m3 cwm backup > click Yes to confirm
