I flashed the recovery.bin and the preloader.bin successfully, but when I boot into recovery mode, it is not screen select compatible, I will need to be using vol up and down to scroll and power to select. That is still stock recovery.
I hope you know you're to flash the TWRP recovery.bin (not recovery.bin from your backup) along with the preloader.bin from your backup

I downloaded the recovery.bin from the link you gave me. i will attempt it again with the one i downloaded from the first page of this thread. Thanks
