if you download any version listed under the "+ loader / key" section @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15700.html then you dont need hardware dongle

I did everything according to the tutorial and it worked. But I already had the recovery file for my phone which I downloaded from this site. When I crosschecked the two files the one from Miracle box was greater by around 3MB. Is this ok ?

my miracle box has been showing "connecting to phone, wait.." for almost an hour and I dont know why. please help

ensure to install vcom preloader driver @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html and connect the phone to the pc while switched off
if you still have problems then create a new thread for your device issue by clicking "Ask Question" at the top

I did a full backup tecno cc7 minus userdata and cache, but all the resulting backup partitions are in .bin format. how can I change the format to make the backup to make it compatible with sp flashtool i.e. .img. Also note even in the scatter file that was created lists the partition in .bin format.
