[Please help] KEYBOARD NOT WORKING FOR SHORT CODES

Please help me with my Samsung Omnia Wonder phone. phone does not display keyboard when I need to select from a menu. for instance when I need to do mobile money. when i type *100# or any code for that matter, I should be able to browse through the options; but it is not so.

Not all shortcodes support user input.
What country and network?

it was not so initially.
Your phone isn't synced to your service provider. Have you tried other networks SIMs?

Might be an nvram thing.
Try doing a factory reset in recovery mode
