whats the exact error code you get in Sp flash tool and the hint at the bottom?

BROM ERROR: S_DL_GET DRAM_SETTING_FAIL (5054)
[EMI] Obtain DRAM failed

[HINT]: please check your load matches to your target which is to be downloaded

to make it seen. try installing al this too. first of all. use this guide to set up fast boot and
install vcim usb drivers.

somehow, Sp flash tool doesnt think that ROM is meant for your phone model. Are you certain that both the phone you backed up and the one that got bricked are Infinix zero 16GB versions?

lets try this

Delete the SP flash tool folder
Extract a fresh copy from the zip
Uninstall Preloader, vcom and mtk drivers using USB deview @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
Restart the PC
Manually install Vcom drivers using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
Try flashing again

Learn MediaTek, Unisoc / Spreadtrum (SPD) and Qualcomm Software Repairs @ https://www.hovatek.com/training
