Lenovo A606 cant upgrade and dead
(11-01-2016, 05:31 PM)a4apple I have lenovo a606 mt6582. forum member asked me to upgrade the firmware by flashing (download) only the system.img and i did. but the outcome wasnt nice.. it ended soft bricking my phone.. i tried restoring backup through mtk droid but the TWRP doesnt mount /data, this and that, almost everything. So i tried with TWRP backup, well... it wasnt successful though... help please... I need my phone tomorrow and here is midnight now..

Flash all files in the ROM using SP flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html

Install another camera app from Playstore
(13-01-2016, 10:23 AM)a4apple got the same error. cant open it. it said failed to connect to camera. same error as the stock rom. In current rom, it doesnt have this problem.

What do you mean by 'current ROM'?
(14-01-2016, 01:19 AM)a4apple i reflash the backup. So it would be meant that the stock ROM before the upgrade version of stock ROM.

Ok. Go to Settings > About > System updates and check for any available update
