* Retrieve your phone's IMEI by checking its carton, body or dialing *#06#
* Download Universal master code generator
* Generate the NCK unlock code (its a ZTE device) . You can see https://www.hovatek.com/blog/how-to-unlock-a-modem/ for how to use Universal master code generator
* Power off the phone, remove both SIM cards then power on the phone without SIM cards
* Dial *983*8284#
* The phone should pop up a prompt requesting for an unlock code
* Supply the NCK unlock code generated above
* Done
