Apply update from adb
Apply update from sdcard
Apply update from cache
Factory reset
Wipe data
Wipe cache partition
Backup user data
Restore user data

this is stock recovery. using Sp flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html , flash only data.img and system.img to the phone. dont forget to manually install vcom drivers using this guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html

I don't have data.img and system.img in my backup. What I have is uboot.img, boot.img and recovery.img

thought you said you had Boot, cache.ext4, data.ext4,nandroid.md5, recovery, system.ext4, uboot

here's what you'll do
1. create a folder on your desktop and name it Hovatek
2. copy data.ext4 and system.ext4 to the  Hovatek folder
3. download scatter file for phantom z @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-88.html (unzip the sactter file)
4. copy the scatter file into the Hovatek folder
5. Now, load the scatter file in SP flash tool. Android and Usrdata should be ticked.
6. Click download and proceed

Oh my God!!! I have made a terrible mistake. My phone is no longer coming on. No matter how long I press the power buton or power + vol up, nothing happens. Phone is just dead. Most annoyingly, sp flash tool isn't seeing my phone anymore.
