What can I do to solve the problem of my tecno f7 not booting into recovery after flashing. Volume up and power button will only put it on but not into recovery mode, volume down and power button will be Chinese. I have also trying using mobileuncle to boot into recovery all to me avail

means your recovery partition is corrupted. follow this guide @ http://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-455.html to flash Clockworkmod recovery to it.
