[Please help] unlock bootloader and custom recovery. ITEL S25( itel S685LN)

processor unisoc T620(UMS9230S)
ram 6gb
rom 128gb
im trying to unlock this phone's bootloader. Then hopefully i can root/install gsi roms to enable camera2api.
i have currently set up adb but fastboot doesnt seem to be working.also i couldnt find any custom recovery tools for this phone.
it would be great help if you provided me the official spreadtrum/unisoc usb drivers.
i also doubt fastboot commands alone will unlock the bootloader. I would much appreciate help regarding that as well
