Dear All,

Please i have this infinix smart 9 that doesn't support OTG, but I do not know if it mine that is not supporting OTG or the is entire smart 9 device that doesn't support OTG.
Moreso, could flashlight Infinix smart 9 stock Rom fix my problem.

Did you enable OTG under Settings?

I can't find the option under more settings. And even when an OTG device is connected to it, it doesn't recognise the device..

Type OTG in the search bar under Settings

1. What is your build number under Settings > About
2. How many different OTG devices have you tried (flash drives, OTG cables, OTG cable + Mouse etc)

2. I have tried all except OTG + Mouse, none seem to be detected by the device.

Please I'll be looking for a way forward to fix this issue..

This is a recent build.
If you don't have OTG under Settings > More Connections/Connected Devices, then enable USB Debugging (https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-10109.html) and check if ADB detects the device.
I believe you're able to connect to the PC and transfer files in and out, right?
