I have an S Cyber phone with the following specifications:
Chipset Unisoc T606, Android 14
The phone currently displays a red "No Google Key" message on every application, including the camera and screenshots. When I reset it, it appears right after the Doogee logo, even before the language selection options.
I have unlocked the bootloader and rooted the phone.
I have searched all system APKs but none contain this message.
I have flashed a full stock ROM but it still appears.
According to the manufacturer, this is because the phone has been cleaned and the IMEI number has been changed, so it requires finding the original IMEI, but this is not feasible.
I want to disable this message or at least change its content to white characters, but I haven't found where it comes from.
I have found the "Google Key" line in teecfg-sign and tos-sign.bin and replaced it, but the problem persists.
The exact code is still unknown, but it might be something like this:
phasecheckserver
▼
libteeproduction.so
▼
get_keybox_flag()
▼
check_user_handle_common()
▼
TEE
▼
status=0
▼
........
I tried turning SystemUI off and on again, but only the navigation bar and startbar turned off; the text remained visible and didn't disappear, so I suspect SystemUI isn't working correctly yet.
