I am in need of help. A phone was sent by my elder sister from the USA to me in Cameroon. And the carrier network is locked. How do I unlock it so it can use all any carrier network.

My new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 SM-N960U T-Mobile has issues.
The carrier network is Blocked.
I need help on unlocking it, so it can use any carrier network.
