In sp tool when i use downlod only says ERROR: STATUS-MMC-ERR (0XC0040030)
When use upgrade says Failed toget PMT inf. Then my phone failed info in main tools but its showing to pc . in miracle 2.82 its failed to download boot 8 start stops. now what can i do

what is your phone model?
what was wrong with the phone that made you decide to flash firmware?
also attach a full screenshot of the tool along with the error message
