[Please help] ITEL A11 BASEBAND

I've itel A11 with unknown baseband....I've tried flashing it with any pac file provided here but still am getting unknown baseband...any solution? Is it a hardware fault?

do you remember the original build number of the device?
does the build number on the phone change to the firmware's build after flashing the different firmwares?

after flashing, ensure to factory reset in recovery mode if baseband is still unknown then keep looking for and trying other firmware builds
