A dead Tecno w5 lite when I connected USB my laptop recognize it then I try to readinfo with miracle thunder but it display this
Connected to phone
CPU:MT6580 SW:0000 Very: CA00

ERR21002. 00
please how can I fix this problem

Have you try disconnecting and connecting the battery, also make sure battery is fully charged before attempting to read from miracle.
