Huawei E5573cs-322 unlock problem

Please I followed the step by step tutorial to unlock my E5573cs modem and after flashing usbloader-5573cs-322 with Balong usb downloader, i miasakenly flashed the modem with the E5573cs_Update_21.318.03.00.00 update, instead of using the E5573cs_Update_21.318.99.03.00 update, now the modem is stuck when I plugged it to my PC it just makes sounds but I can't find any device connected, when I switch it on, it shows both green lights and remain like that for as long as its on, please help

repeat the unlock procedure from the beginning but this time, flash E5573cs_Update_21.318.99.03.00 then flash webui [skip flashing E5573cs_Update_21.318.99.03.00]
