I JUST EDITED THE BUILD.PROP

Code:

ro.sf.hwrotation=180
 by adb pull system/build.prop
then adb push build.prop system

but the phone state still upside down

also default was ro.sf.hwrotation=0

so why that while explanation was said by default should be 180 then change to 0
anyway i changed to 180 also to 0 but still got upside
also i flashed new rom still upside down
any help/suggestions

Whats caused the phone to display upside down in the first place?

This happens when a slightly incompatible firmware is flashed. Tecno S3 has multiple variants and also works with the M3 firmware so any of these might be responsible.
Take note of the current Build Number > backup the firmware then try flashing a Tecno S3 firmware at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19470.html

lets see a full screenshot of SPft along with the error message
BTW did you take note of the S3 build number that was previously running on the phone?
and which exact ROM are you trying to flash that gives this SPft error?
