My sd card says "Sd card is damaged. Try reformatting it." And i don't want to format it in order not to loose all the data's

you'll need to use a data recovery software.
you can try any of these
recuva, icare data recovery, EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard etc

have you tried it on another device first and check if the same problem is displayed? However, you can repair your SD card uisng the command prompt through a PC. Connect your card to the PC and Open command Prompt. Type cmd and chkdsk /X /F <SD card drive letter> command in command prompt Window. These steps will repair your card
