If you have accidentally wiped or deleted the recovery partition on your Windows PC then this tutorial will explain how to fix it.

How to restore accidentally deleted recovery partition in Windows


Follow the steps below to fix this issue

  1. Insert the Windows 7/8 installation Disc / USB or System Repair Disc into the USB,CD/DVD drive and restart the computer
  2. If prompted, press any key to boot from the Windows installation medium
  3. Select your language preferences and click on Next
  4. Click on Repair your computer
  5. Select which operating system you want to restore and the click on Next. If Windows 7 is not listed here, or it is blank, then it is ok. Click on Next anyway.
  6. Tick Use recovery tools that can help fix problems starting Windows then click Next
  7. Use the recovery options from the
    - Startup Repair
    - System Restore
    - System Image Recovery
    - Windows Memory Diagnostic
    - Command Promptlist
