I have an Itel tab here , when it's on and i try to connect a charger it goes off completely until I re-start the phone. Can you please help with the aid of a diagram the solution to this?

Does this also happen when you connect to laptop attempting to mount storage

You will need to change the charging port as there is a shot circuit created when you comnect charger. If you are not an expert you need to take it to a Repair centre
