Please, i suspected that my flash drive is corrupted and I decided to format it but after formatting, there's this file named BiBiN, the file type is APPLICATION, it keeps coming back after formatting or deleting. Please what can i do to get rid of it because I think it's still causing problems for my Flash Drive.

Thanks in advance.

this problem might not be from the flash drive.
try formatting this flash drive on a different PC
lets know if the file still remains after formatting.
* IF you can't access a different PC then boot to safe mode on your PC and try formatting the flash drive again

Don't have access to any other systems but I've also formatted it in safe mode but still the same thing.

Looks like your PC has been infected.
Launch Task manager and search for a process named WinSeven
End the process and disable it from Startup
After that, install a powerful Antivirus , update it then scan your PC.
For your flash drive, install a USB antimalware software and scan it
