(10-12-2016, 02:45 PM)lakunle1love Please, i suspected that my flash drive is corrupted and I decided to format it but after formatting, there's this file named BiBiN, the file type is APPLICATION, it keeps coming back after formatting or deleting. Please what can i do to get rid of it because I think it's still causing problems for my Flash Drive.
Thanks in advance.

format this flash drive on a different PC
lets know if the file still remains after formatting.
* IF you can't access a different PC then boot to safe mode on your PC and try formatting the flash drive again

Looks like your PC has been infected.
Launch Task manager and search for a process named WinSeven
End the process and disable it from Startup
After that, install a powerful Antivirus , update it then scan your PC.
For your flash drive, install a USB antimalware software and scan it
