[Tutorial] Blackeberry Q10not booting

Please help me out, i tried to wipe my blackberry q10 and it was taking too long than normal, so i removed the battery, but the phone never come up again, all it now show whenever i try to power it on is Www.bberror.com/bb10-0015
Please help ASAP
