[Please help] hsdpa modem not dailng and sending msgs

1st uninstall then reinstall the modem dashboard then try sending a message
BTW whats the exact error message you get when you try to send a message or dial USSD code?

I hv uninstalled n reinstalled it same thing
it doesnt show any error,after dialing the code i press send,it wont send
