Samsung Grand Neo GT-I9060 (MediaTek MT6575) Flash Problem

Hi
I have Samsung Grand Neo GT-I9060 It wasn't work correctlly so I just downloaded Flash file and flashed it with SP Flash
if i use any downloaded file with its scatter file i get error MTP Changed, It must be downloaded and if i use my Scatter file with any file it flash it without errors. so I opend MTKDroiedTools and get scatter file for my device and then used it to flash downloaded file
flash complete without errors but my device doesn't boot any more this is what i get when turn it on

and when turn it off and charching get this

on the back of device is show it's GT-I9060

but when check it with MTKDroiedTools it show this

I tried to flash it with option Format All + Download but it give me error

I tried it with Meta Driver Mode give same Error

I Downloaded many files all give same errors and if mess around with it it may work ( i had installed 3 roms now) but all give me same results as above photos i don't know what to do now
It's my friend phone and he wanted me to fix it but i just bricked it.
I hope will find help to get it work again

Now i judt downloaded another rom and tried it i get error
MTP changed for rom. it must be downloaded

i tried to format it i click format and waiting for 15 minutes nothing happened and when check sp flash tool in task manager CPU usage is zero and and RAM usage not changing, it never finish format so i just stop it.
tried many times without luck

thats an incompatible uboot.
you'll need the right firmware for your phone model.

I tried many firmwares it's all give me same results.
I don't know how to find the right firmware for my phone model
Back label says its I9060 and MTKDroidTools says its I9082
and I tested both with same
I use Format All + Download it's the only working way for me
I hope if you can guide me how to find the right one

Yes it's same results always I tried 4 ROMs I9060 and one I9082 with option Format All + Download and I tested every ROM 2 times first time with its scatter file and second time with my scatter file (generated by MTKDroidTools before I bricked the phone) and also I tried mixing 2 ROMs but nothing changed.

I have downloaded almost all available ROMs on the net, But I will keep searching.

After many tests now it's running but screen is black, white, coloured vertical bars, I hope it's now easier to fix?

More Info
Now I just made Screenshots for mobile (without see anything just guess everything position and tab it)
I noticed that when I go to system settings screen goes horizontally but when go to main menu goes normal
I remember system properties and now I'm sure the system is exactly same as original
so where is the problem?
