bb 9860 touch3 blinks red light when i put battery but refuses to come on. it detects on bb desktop software but doesn't show pin. i have tried wiping the phone with bb master control programme to no avail. i have also tried jl-cmder no way. plus i am not really sure of the password....pls someone should help me out
