1. Please shed more light on what you mean by " whn i on the network it will continue booting until i reload another software."
2. Have you tried updating to the latest os using Desktop manager?

This is a hardware issue. Could be battery, sd card, radio ic......
Try setting to 2G only and lets see what happens
