at the bottom of your posts, there's a Rate button. with it, people can rate your posts and that's how you build your reputation.
as for ranking, you build that with your activity on the forum. the highest rank for now is Senior member. read more about ranking @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-1462.html
