I read that from your previous post. Knowing the phone models involved could shed more light on the issue.
in most cases, this is due to a clash. seems you have too many Blackberry firmware installed on your PC.
Uninstall all Blackberry firmware and install only the one you wish to use at a time. uninstall it after use.
